1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdebdt platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, games lobby, sportsbook, live casino, crash games section, cashier, or any promotional page — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdebdt.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bdebdt platform immediately and close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall terms governing your relationship with bdebdt.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bdebdt platform is strictly open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdebdt operates a strict 18+ only policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and bdebdt actively verifies player age at the withdrawal stage and on request at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of a commercial entity, agent, or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bdebdt platform, whether by your own request via self-exclusion or by a decision of bdebdt's account management team.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any bdebdt partner, game provider, or payment processor where participation in real-money gaming on the platform would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme that is recognised by bdebdt, and you are not subject to a court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering gambling agreements.

bdebdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a period of high-value activity, or at any other time determined by the account management team. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, account closure with forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the bdebdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, bdebdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account on bdebdt, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number (a Bangladeshi number is required for bKash/Nagad verification), and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's details at any point during registration or subsequent account updates.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdebdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to safe and fair platform operation. Before processing your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, where requested.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdebdt account login credentials. You must choose a strong, unique password for your bdebdt account and must not share your username, password, or any one-time PIN (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances. bdebdt staff will never request your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdebdt support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdebdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bdebdt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals made via the approved payment methods listed below, though your payment provider may apply their own standard service charges.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on bdebdt is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdebdt account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process described in Section 3.2. bdebdt reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's fraud detection system.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on bdebdt are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus confirmation message sent to your registered email address. Players are advised to read all bonus terms before claiming any offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bdebdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or adjust its terms at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses already claimed by players at the time of any change will be honoured under the original terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdebdt operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using structured betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players to complete bonus wagering, and providing false personal information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdebdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and close the associated account without prior notice.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bdebdt platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are accessible from within each game or via the help section of the relevant game category.

6.1 Sports Betting

Pre-match and live in-play bets placed on the bdebdt sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic BPL matches. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended due to a rule-4 deduction, abandonment, or cancellation will be settled according to the bdebdt sportsbook rules applicable to that market, which are available on the sportsbook help page. Live in-play prices are subject to change without notice; a bet is accepted at the price displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the platform.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on bdebdt use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.3 Crash Games

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdebdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Confirmed or suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence or a breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the bonus abuse policy.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted via the account settings or through the support team.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure being processed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the bdebdt platform — including but not limited to the bdebdt logo and brand name, website design and layout, game thumbnails and promotional graphics, written content, software, and all other original creative works — is the intellectual property of bdebdt or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdebdt platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the bdebdt platform without the prior written consent of bdebdt. Automated access to the platform — including through bots, scripts, spiders, or data-scraping tools — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Third-party game content made available through bdebdt — including games developed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms. bdebdt makes no claim to ownership of third-party game content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The bdebdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdebdt makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party outages (including payment provider downtime), or events outside bdebdt's reasonable control including power failures, network disruptions, and natural disasters.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdebdt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss arising from a bet or game round that was not properly recorded due to a technical fault, provided that bdebdt takes reasonable steps to reconstruct and settle such bets fairly where possible.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, quality, or availability of third-party game content provided by licensed studios.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdebdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bdebdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — bdebdt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the bdebdt platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date. bdebdt will honour any withdrawal of your real-money balance in such circumstances provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the general terms under which bdebdt operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. bdebdt is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

12.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on bdebdt — including a disputed game outcome, a payment delay, a bonus calculation, or any other matter — you should follow this process:

1. Step 1: Contact bdebdt customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the event in question (in Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), and any relevant screenshots or transaction references.

12.2 Finality of Game Outcomes

Game outcomes on bdebdt — whether from RNG-based slot and casino games or from live dealer sessions — are determined by the certified systems of the relevant licensed game provider. bdebdt does not have the technical ability to alter or reverse a confirmed game round outcome. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant round being played. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
